We Are What We Eat


Not necessarily eating healthy but eating right is important. Many of us battle with bloating and other uncomfortable occurrences because of what we choose to eat. Since when does sodium gluconate sound appetizing? Simply, it doesn't. Not to mention, who the heck knows what that actually is? I sure don't. It's about time we started worrying about what we're eating and how it can affect our health in a way that would make us physically sick. Say no to processed foods. Know what you're eating. Keep the rule- if you can't pronounce it, don't eat it- in your head at all times.

It's about time we started restricting our diets to "real" food.
